Ma Yoga teachers support whoever shows up.

All are welcome in every Ma Yoga class, including dads, kids and dogs.

Each is all-levels, from beginner to teacher, and safe for pregnancy, postpartum and anyone.

When you arrive, chat with the teacher and let her know how you're feeling.

She'll guide you through a practice that's right for you.

Pregnancy can be a bumpy ride. In each pose, our expert instructors will give you simple cues so you can:

Ma Yoga classes will allow you to:

Reconnect with your core, rebuild strength, and get nurturing time for YOU. Come as you are—between feeds, with baby, or solo—and enjoy a safe, gentle practice that helps you heal.

Got aches, pains, or injuries? Let your teacher know. On Saturdays, join Ma Yoga Founder Jessica Jennings for personalized therapy sessions combining physical therapy and yoga. 

Afterward, you'll receive your 10-minute customized healing yoga video to keep feeling better and better throughout the week.


Relax, Restore & Renew

Find deep rest with restorative yoga. Tell you're teaching you need to restore... or hop in to our Restorative class. Using props like cushions, you’ll enjoy gentle openings and relaxation to leave you renewed and calm.

What to expect in your Ma Yoga class

  • Click the Zoom link and you're in
  • Classes are often 1-3 people so you'll get special attention 
  • Whether you're a newbie or a teacher, your Ma Yoga Instructor will guide you through a relaxing meditation, and then step by step through simple but strengthening movements with breath
  • Throughout class, you'll receive subtle but powerful alignment cues that help you make space, strengthen and tone, and ground your energy.

How to Set Up

Come as you are - pajamas are ok! 😊

Don't worry about noisy family members - you're on mute during class, and you can take breaks whenever you need to.

Here's how to have the best experience in your online semi-private yoga session:



  1. Place your mat and device on the floor, as far from your device as you can so we can see you and offer helpful adjustments
  2. Props are not necessary, but if you have them, they can help you feel more supported. Here's what we recommend for all Ma Yogis:
    • yoga blanket – or a big beach towel
    • two purple blocks or soup boxes
    • rectangular yoga bolster, or couch seat cushion (this is expensive but especially if you’re pregnant, save your pennies – it’s so worth it for anyone who sometimes needs a gentle, relaxing opening!)
  3. Exhale fully. We’ve got you. 💞
